These areas include underarms for excessive sweating (hyperhydrosis), jaw to improve the pain of bruxism or teeth clenching and neck/jawline to improve contour of this area. BOTOX® is a natural, highly purified protein that is extracted from the bacteria, Clostridium Botulinum, in a similar way that penicillin is from mould. The product is produced under strictly regulated conditions.
BOTOX® can be used to relax specific facial muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles (the wrinkles that are formed during facial expression). Once the muscles are relaxed, you cannot contract them and continue to make the undesirable facial expressions. Thus, the lines gradually smooth and new lines are prevented from forming.
You may see results in as early as 2-3 days, however typically improvement is noticed in 5-7 days. The peak effect is between 10-21 days after treatment.

Profhilo®
A new treatment using ultra-pure Hyaluronic Acid with results showing visibly improved skin in terms of texture, elasticity, and hydration. Over time skin becomes visibly tightened due to the stimulatory effect on cells producing collagen and elastin.

Unlike traditional dermal fillers, Profhilo® doesn’t volumise but instead hydrates and firms the skin while stimulating the laying-down of new collagen and elastin just under the surface of the skin. The overall effect is tightened, lifted skin with improved skin quality.
The results of Profhilo® treatments can last up to 6-9 months, however, this may vary by patient and depends on skin type and age. Areas suitable for this treatment are face, neck, decolletage and hands.
Treatment consists of 2-3 treatments 30 days apart. Appointment time is 60 minutes, and includes application of a topical anaesthetic cream making this treatment very well tolerated with no downtime required. The cost of two treatments is $1600.
